- Mr. Siva Shanker is a Registered Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Manager Malaysia (BOVEAP) with more than 40 years of experience. After working many years with both small and large consultancies, in the year 2004, Siva formed Linear Estates, which he ran for 7 years. In 2016, Siva moved to Axis REIT Managers Berhad as their Head of Investments.
- Siva has been an active member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) for many years and was its President for the Year 2013/2015. He was awarded the Estate Agent of the Year 2014 by BOVEAP.
- In 2019, Siva joined Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. as their CEO, Real Estate Agency. In December 2021, he was awarded the MIEA Lifetime Achievement Award.
- In April 2023, Siva was appointed as Adjunct Professor of the Fakulti Alam Bina, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). In November 2023, Siva won the inaugural Chief Executive of the Year Award at the StarProperty Awards.
